In biochemistry, you will learn about biochemical process of enzymes, structure of different proteins, minerals, vitamins and all types of nutrients. I would suggest you to go for organic chemistry instead of industrial chemistry because students who have completed their post graduation in organic chemistry in a well reputed college can easily find a job in chemical industry as well as pharmaceutical industry as compared to industrial chemistry.
