    Dear disha,
    Biomechanics is also called bioengineering. The difference between the 2 is that the bioengineering is a broader field of study. The biomedical studies were developed afterwards and thus it is a part of bioengineering. The biomedical engineers study the life sciences according to the human aspects, while on the other hand the bioengineers do study the same courses but with the exclusion of the physiological studies. Bioengineering basically involves all the studies related to the treatment, research, diagnoses, modeling, hybridization process within the plants, and such studies while the biomedical is a part of these studie
