What is the difference between BJMC and BMMMC?

I m a student of 12th standard . i wanted to go for BJMC further. but a relative of mine suggested to me to go for BMMMC but i dont know anything about it. with details like: universities (with good placements, opportunities etc) further scopes,employments, eligibility. etc etc

BJMC is bachelor in journalism and mass communication.My sis is studying this course in UTM,Shillong and Actually I have never heard of BMMMC so can't tell you about it.
