Bachelor in media management is a full-fledged course which involves advertising, public relations, film making, event management, journalism and much more whereas, filmmaking is a specialised course which makes you learning about the direction, production and various other aspects related to it. -

You can look at the following options to study film making:
1. New York Film Academy.
2. Vancouver Film School.
