What is the difference between bms and bcom?

I have already secured a bcom seat? But everyone else is going for bms? What is the difference between the two? Does bcom have any value these days?

    BBA or BMS & B.Com offer different career opportunities. You can choose any course depending upon your interest, knowledge & skill.
    BBA/BMS - is purely management study, and generally done by students who wish to do management kind of roles in company.
    This course is followed by MBA, and the options are limited to only management.
    There are varied specializations offered for MBA:
    -Marketing
    -Finance
    -Human Recourse (HR)
    -International Business
    -Information Technology(IT)
    -Operations
    -Supply Chain Management
    -Rural Management
    After Bachelor of Commerce, you can go with higher studies like:-
    -M.Com. - Master of Commerce
