BSc Biotechnology duration is 3 year. BTech Biotechnology is 4 years long. BSc Biotechnology is more relaxed than BTech. The number of coursework and lab work will be less and you will be introduced to the core subjects right from the first year whereas in BTech 1st year will have common engineering
