What is the difference between BSc culinary arts and BSc hospitality and hotel management? And which one is best for becoming a chef ?

I have done my SSC from up board. And I have done my HSC from Maharashtra board.

    Dear Anil.
    Culinary Arts is a part of Hotel Management only. Culinary arts in other words is also known as Food Production. If you want to be a professional chef then pursuing a course in culinary arts will be better but if you want to keep other departments open also then you shall opt for a general hotel management programme. where you will be taught for all 4 departments Front Office, House Keeping, food & beverage service, and food production.
    My friend completed BSc in Hotel Management and one has taken admission to the BA(Culinary Arts) at LPU.

    Culinary Arts courses are courses that involve the study of food production and service. This includes food preparation, cooking skills, presentation skills as well as serving skills.
