BAMS - Ayurveda, BUMS - Unani, Ayurveda has always been the heart of Indian treatment heritage and I'm pretty sure it will last as the same. Unani on the other hand has also existed from a very long time but is still growing.

Unani is being practised since ancient times, you have a great future with it as the government is promoting Alternative Medicine at a large level to cater rural population.
