If we talk about tough exam: 1) CAT 2) CMAT 3) MAT No. of exams held yearly: 1) CAT one time 2) CMAT one time 3) MAT 4 times (every quarter).

CAT is the most difficult exam which is conducted by IIMs. If you want to take admissions in the top colleges consider giving this exam, CMAT is the middle-level exam, you can go to some top colleges but not IIMs, MAT is the easiest of all the exams.
