There is absolutely no difference other than the region of students appearing for the board exams. Also, there is no difference in the questions in Delhi and in papers outside Delhi. People saying that there is a difference in the level of difficulty need to educate themselves before passing such vague statements. -
The difficulty level of questions is less in the Delhi board exams as compared to CBSE. Other things like marking scheme, etc. are same.
