No, you can't opt for CFA along with MBA. You can pursue it separately, if it is required for your job, interest and future demand. CFA in India is offered by ICFAI Hyderabad. There is a very long story about CFA (USA) & CFA (INDIA). You can check the same on the internet. I can only say that CFA (USA) is a globally recognised course and CFA (USA) holder gets the better salary than an MBA.
But CFA is a time-consuming course & exams much complicated than MBA.
