What is the difference between CFM - Certificate Of Financial Management and CFP- Certificate of financial Planner and CMA?

Which one will be a better choice for finance background in the banking field? Also, IIKM is offering another course called GSM - Global Strategic Management. CMA is offered by IIKM in tie up with ICWAI. Please clarify besides EMBA in finance specialisation which of the above can be considered.
