    Both have their own importance,
EEE is little tougher as compared to civil.
Coming to the job placements, both the streams have good opportunities.
Civil engineering is vast as compared to EEE.
Civil engineering is more practical than EEE, whereas EEE is more theoretical based.

Krunal bhai I will suggest you that these days emphasis is on CSE, Civil and Mech. , but it also depends upon your choice. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. So I would suggest, better to study Computer Science engineering. If you want to

Both are different fields. There is no connection between them. If you are interested in physics then choose EEE and if you are interested in maths then choose civil.
