CAT covers all the top management colleges of India except those top colleges which have their own entrance exams. CMAT has limited colleges and also, CMAT is easier than CAT.

CAT is the toughest level and IIM only required CAT whereas other B-Schools require CMAT, MAT, etc.

CAT is toughest among all the management entrance test.
CMAT is easier as compared to CAT and CMAT is only accepted by few colleges, whereas, CAT is widely accepted by most top MBA colleges in India (including IIM). All the best.
