    Business characters are
    1. Profit motive is essential in business
    2. Business should have series of deal
    3. Every business deals in goods and services
    4. Element of risk is there in business
    5. Business is done for money
    Commerce includes all those activities which are helpful in transferring goods from the place of production to the consumer. Manufactured goods do not reach directly from the producer to the consumer. There are many obstacles in the way of producer and consumer.
