What is the difference between computer engineering and computer science branch?

The basic difference is same as pointed in your question, one is engineering course a degree/diploma focused into details of the architectural engineering aspects.
The second difference is computer science mainly give an outline of the computer science, in general engineering is into

but I have a doubt that if there is a b-tech course named both Computer science and computer engineering individually, then of course we are oupt to get the degree in both.
Then in what way are both the fields different...
I mean what might be the difference in content of both the fields
