Majority of Indian engineering institutes have BTech Computer Science Engineering . Few institutes have BTech IT in addition to BTech CS. Both degrees differs in few courses. CSE has more emphasis on Computational Theory fundamentals and IT on IT Business Applications. CSE and IT helps students to become System and Applications Developer respectively. Indian IT industry prefers CSE graduates over IT graduates.
