Computer Science deals with continuous changes in Big Data, Cyber Security, Data Science, Internet of Things (IOT), Machine Learning, Mobile Phone Application Development, Basic Electrical and Electronics Engineering, the only difference in IT is that in IT all the things covering information technology are studied. As such there is no major difference. Some of the good universities are Amity University, Lovely Professional University and SRM University.

See, the main difference between computers and IT is that there is some change in subjects and some of the subjects that are in IT is not in the CS or in the simple words, you can say that in CS, you have to study both hardware and software, but in IT you have to only study about software.
