What is the difference between computer science engineering and computer programming?

Computer Science Engineering is a course, which is designed to give you the knowledge of Computers and Technology. Computer Programming is a computer language (eg python, Java, C+ etc. ). You can say, computer programming is the syllabus part of computer Science engineering. Hope this helps.
