What is the difference between computer science engineering and electronics and computer engineering?

Though both engineering branches have some similar subjects, but in the end, both branches are different.
Computer Science is related to the Software and Electronics is related to the Hardware. Some Electronic and Electrical engineering also work in software companies though.
