    Hi,
Indian Cost Works Accountant is renamed to CMA (Certified management accounts). Cost and work accountants are related to management accounts, where they effect a cost in capitals required by management as a capital cost of that organization. They are certified professionals, who are authorized by ICAI.
Whereas, accounting technician course is a simple certification course, which uses to tally and to report a total cost of expenses.

    Dear student,
ICWA – Professional course in field of cost accounting offered by independent body, there are three levels to it: entrance, intermediate and final. It's having good scope out there in industry.
ATC - it's just a certificate which you will get on completion of intermediate level of CA (Chartered Accountancy). It doesn't carry much value as compare to ICWA.
    All the best.
