What is the difference between course based and thesis/project - based MS (chemical engineering)?

My main aim is to get a job after the course. Will I be able to get a job by doing Project/Thesis based Chemical Engg. rather than attending classes & lectures? I think I can do my best in project & practical sides. But I want to know if it has a significant impact on my Job. Please clarify my doubt

Hello, course based programs are more practical oriented programme not much of thesis based, whereas thesis based programme is more of a research based studies.
