Computer science and engineering basically cover all hardware and software studies about computers. Whereas in information technology we get to know about basic technology related to programmes and software development it is basically derived from computer science and engineering.
    Both has equal value.
Computer science and engineering cover more portion and studies about computers and programming languages.
