What is the difference between deemed university and normal engineering colleges?

8 years agoDeemed universities are autonomus bodies and they conduct their own exams, follows own syllabus and provide grade sheets of their own. These type of university are either affilated to UGC or stablished under state university act however a normal college may either affilated to state technical universities or affilated to AICET. They are bond to follow the rule and regulations of their associates from where it is affilated -
