What is the difference between Diploma and Degree? What is the fee structure of sound engineering?

Degree is a course of 3/4/5 year's duration after intermediate/ senior secondary / 10+2. Degree is of graduate level. For example -
BA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech and MBBS.
After graduate degree one is eligible for Post Graduation Degree.
Diploma is awarded for a short duration of 1/2 or maximum 3 years
