What is the difference between Diploma courses and regular courses of interior designing?

Hi,
It is always preferred to go for a regular degree course dear. A Diploma course is usually a short term thing which will help you for a certain period of time in your career but it's benefit won't last for very long. You cannot grow more in your field with these courses. I am not denying that your experience, efforts and skills do matter in how much successful you will be in your life but you cannot purely leave it to that. Courses do help you to get proper education, push in your career and self development.

Diploma courses usually span over 1- 3 years while degree courses are for 4 years. Degree courses are more in-depth and give you an advantage over somebody who has done a diploma course in the same. Many foreign universities do not recognize diplomas. -

I'm glad you raised this question. Basically, the 'Diploma' and 'Degree' courses are different in the sense of Time period of the course. Diploma may be pursued for 1/2/3 years and a regular course has to be completed within the standard years for a degree of interior designing, i.e. 3 years in some colleges and 4 in few colleges. This definitely means that the depth of knowledge you'd receive in both of these would be different because of the time period of the courses.
