    There is no comparison between the two courses. Distance MBA is for working professionals whereas regular MBA is a full-time course for freshers/people with some work experience. The regular MBA is more competitive & has better career prospects. However, distance MBA also gives you an opportunity to acquire skills which could help you in enhancing your career. The salary is a function of multiple factors, but in case you acquire regular MBA from a top ranked institute then you could comfortably get a package in the range of 12-16 LPA during the campus placement process itself.

    Hi, The difference as the name suggests is in the mode of study, both are designed for different sections of people and both are relevant looking at the cause for which MBA is being done. Regular courses are classroom session courses where students have to attend classes; this is nothing but Full time MBA which requires your complete commitment for two years. This is the most preferred by recruiters and organisations. Distance/ correspondence courses are more about self-study where the study material is sent to the student and they have to understand and learn it on their own.
