Hi, PGDCA is a 1 or 2 years Post Graduate Diploma course in Computer application which helps you to gain an intermediate level knowledge of computer application
Any graduate can do the this courses.

DOEACC 'O' level course is more basic while a PGDCA diploma is supposed to be more advanced. DOEACC 'A' level course is considered equivalent to PGDCA course though.
