First let me explain you what an MBA degree is.
So, basically an MBA degrees gives you a theoretic foundation for your business understanding an entails practical opportunities (through internships, group assignments and individual projects) with the help of which you can hone your capabilities in a management or any leadership role. It polishes a range of soft-skills like communication, motivation and negotiation and opens up global opportunities for career growth.
