EE branch stands for electrical engineering and EEE stands for electrical and electronics engineering. A child can say that! Then what is the major difference between EE and EEE? It is the syllabus. Both are different. EE students may learn about electrical machines, power systems, controls and instrumentation, power electronics and power systems operation and control. Whereas, EEE students may learn basic electronics subjects like semiconductor devices, solid state physics, linear electronics, embedded systems, digital electronics, advanced electronics and maybe a subject related to integrated circuits as well.

In electrical engineering EE, you will study about the electricity generation and the equipment used in that like motors, wires, generators etc., but in the electronics and electrical [EEE] engineering, you will study about the manufacturing of the electronics products like TV, fridge and many other things. Now you can choose the one in which you have the interest the most.
