What is the difference between electrical engineering and electrical system engineering?

Both are same at the graduate level. In India, mostly electrical engineering and electrical & electronics Engineering branches run up to graduate level but in foreign universities, there are Master of science programme in system engineering run widely.

Electrical engineering and Electrical Systems Engineering are similar degrees. Few Engineering colleges to create their own difference and USP create such courses as Electrical Systems.
