What is the difference between electronics and communications engineering and electronic and telecommunication engineering?

Except for face-to-face or man to his PC, all communications are telecommunications. In the 70s and 80s, colleges offered telecommunications engineering as a branch, Later, it was renamed Communications engineering by universities. Virtually, there is no difference between these two terms. You would
