What is the difference between executive MBA and MBA/PGDM?

Executive MBA is helpful for working professionals and admissions can only be taken by working professionals only or to the people having experience in their respective field, PGDM is the Diploma which is equivalent to MBA-is a Masters degree. PGDM and MBA are for the freshers.

Experienced, MBA is for working professionals in the field of their profession. MBA/PGDM can be pursued by any working or non-working graduate in any field.
