    normal mba. u start with freshers.bt executive. u start with experience.
    executive mba better thn normal mba.

    Executive MBA is an intensive one-year residential or distance learning or combination of residential & distance learning programme created specifically for professionals with 5 years or more work experience. Executive MBA provides students with the same solid foundation in key management concepts and disciplines as a two-year full time MBA. Executive MBA course work is build on the basis of that students will have diverse and extensive work experience by virtue of which they will able to relate to management theories and concepts.
