    Hi,
Food production is the process of transforming raw ingredients into prepared food products. Food production includes industries that take raw food products and convert them into marketable food items.
On the other hand, hotel management will lead students to make their career in the field of hospitality. Hotel management is a service industry which focuses on serving the needs of its clients. Training in hotel management has wide applications which can be used in several service industries. Hotel Managers are responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of their establishments.
