    Food processing course is more related to techniques for preserving, packaging, and manufacturing and processing. Some job profiles you will find through this course -
    Bacteriologists
    Toxicologists
    Food Technologists
    Food batch makers
    Food Technology on the other hand deals with quality management, research and development on current processes. Some job profiles you will find through this course -
    Organic Chemists
    Biochemists
    Analytical Chemists
    Home Economists.

    Food processor engineering concentrates on unit operations of food manufacturing, design and development of process and machineries for mass manufacturing, whereas Food Technology is the apex stream which covers all aspects of foods starting with the Physics, Chemistry Biology of Food Science followed by engineering and technology to preserve and process foods as well as innovate new products and processes which can be mass produced.
