What is the difference between full time MBA and PGDM course? Can you suggest some good colleges to pursue MBA?

I am currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance (B.A.F) and in my final year of my graduation. I want a full time degree in MBA (finance) from Welingkar or any other reputed college.

In Mumbai people go for MMS and PGDM
MBA is not there in mumbai
MMS is offered by colleges affiliated to mumbai university and pgdm is not affiliated
PGDm cost high since it is upto date with industry standards and institute gives them more preference for placement
You need to appear for any entrance exam like CAT,CMAT or most popular CET

MBA, MMS and PGDM are synonymous degrees. Course content of these courses are similar with minor differences. In India MBA & MMS degree can be awarded by a university only. Approved autonomous Institutes not affiliated to any university award PGDM. You must identify your Institute based on its track record than nomenclature of degree.
