What is the difference between game design and animation?

Hi Ravi, Animation is a visual technique that provides the illusion of motion by displaying a collection of images in rapid sequence. Game design on the other hand is a subset of the Game development which involves designing at multiple phases like environment, game play, storyline, rules, effects
