    Healthcare management involves supervising business and operational aspects of a healthcare or medical organization, supporting the firms financial infrastructure. Healthcare managers are typically business people and not medical practitioners. Hospital management includes overseeing and facilitating work-related to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals so as to ensure the smooth functioning of a hospital. The responsibilities of a hospital manager are more or less similar to that of a healthcare manager except for the specialties in which they are fulfilled.
