    Hospitality is the industry that comprises not only hotels, but also resorts, restaurants, cruises, casinos, etc. So, it's a much broader term. Still, if you're referring to educational courses, hospitality management and hotel management have a lot in common. And if you choose hotel management, it does't mean that in future you'll only be able to work in hotels. The name of the course (whether there is word "hospitality" or not) should be the deal breaker for you, there are a lot more factors to consider.
