Hotel management is only specific to the Hotels, whereas in Hospitality industry you cater to all the industries that involve customer service.
Some of the common industries are:
    1. Cruises.
    2. Airlines.
    3. Travel Companies.
    4. Hospitals, etc.
So, if you work for the Hospitality Industry then you can work for any of these industries including hotels.
    The job profiles includes:
    1. Travel Agent.
    2. Ticket Reservations.
    3. Air Hostess.
    4. Housekeeping.
    5. Chef.
    6. Front Office.
    7. Cruise Attendant, etc.
    Thanks
