What is the difference between IHMs and private hotel management colleges?

IHM are of three types. Central IHMs, State IHMs, Private IHMs. These are affiliated to NCHMCT. But, only central IHMs and State IHMs belong to the government. These are more subsidized in many areas. Then, we also have hotel management colleges running independently or under various universities. T
