Difference? On any day, IIT is the best. It is run by central government. IIIT's are funded by private and government. IIIT's are recent creations. Mostly IIIT'S are funded by private software companies like Infosys, etc. IITs teach diverse disciplines. IIIT'S predominantly teach computer-related di
