What is the difference between in UPTU rank between general and other categories?

The cut off is different for different categories for eg cut off for JEE Mains general this year is 100 and for OBC its 70. A general candidate must have minimum 100 marks to get it while an OBC candidate can get in even at 70 marks and hence there is a difference in ranks as well
