What is the difference between information technology, computer science and computer engineering?

I have just pass 12th and I am opting for engineering. I am completely confused about IT, CS and CE. Also, while applying for colleges in Pune, Maharashtra, and going through courses offered by difference colleges, I found that none of them offered a computer science course.
