    Hi,
According to me, you should think of BBA and get the knowledge, skills and experience for 1 or 2 years after graduation, than you can think about MBA program from a top B-school from India or abroad.
Through dual degree, you will be bound for next year than you don't have any choice to change your program. After 3 years program, you can think of advertising industry, LLB, public policy, international relations, etc. apart from MBA program.
    All the best.

If you are sure about going in Management role, the integrated management course is a better option from a reputed college. And, if you get in into an average college in BBA, then better do BBA and prepare well for MBA. The college where you pursue your MBA matters a lot.
