What is the difference between IT and CS branch in terms of future scope?

They are almost similar although just some difference of the subjects. If you are not keen interested in computer languages & computers, I don't recommend B.Tech in CSE or IT because in today's world, there is a huge crowd of students in CSE and in near future there will be very tough competition i

Both the branches are similar as per IT standards. But, CSE is core software engineering course. Companies give both the branches equal status now a days.

CS (computer Science) and IT (information and technology) are same but little differences like CS engineering has the study of computer software. Information and technology has the study of security in computer software. CS engineering have better scope than IT.
