What is the difference between ITIL, PRINCE2, MSP, M_o_R, P3M3, P3O, MoP & MoV? What should i do? I have done B.SC.IT & currently giving my final sem exam of PGDBA in Finance Management from SCDL. Im working a Asst. Manager [Helpdesk]. Or any other courses which u would like to refer ?
