JEE is a type of the exam and IIT is a group of government colleges. B.Tech is a degree of graduation. Upvote if you like my answer.

JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) is the name of all India examination for admission into B.Tech courses. IITs provide admissions through JEE Advanced.
