    JEE Main is considered to be easier than JEE Advanced as it only examines the candidates based on class 11th and 12th syllabus. The questions asked in JEE Main are usually direct formula-based and easier in nature when compared to JEE Advanced. JEE Main usually tests only the speed of the candidate with 75 questions asked in the exam. JEE Mains questions can be repeated and most of these Q's can be easily solved within 2 minds each Q. JEE Advanced is considered to be more difficult than JEE Main because it included other topics than the ones from class 11th and 12th.
